93’ Warren Yacht - Tender Storage Modification
Following our client’s purchase of a new tender, we modified and fitted the existing tender storage arrangement to safely accommodate the new tender while maintaining functionality and access. We also installed a gunwale rub strip around the swim platform to provide additional protection against rubbing during tender deployment and stowage, while providing a clean, finished appearance.
Gunwale & Water Ingress Repair
Following water ingress around this vessel’s gunwale, we removed and replaced the affected gunwale strip, traced the entry and exit points of the water, and repaired and resealed the affected areas to prevent further ingress.
We carry out a wide range of marine installations and upgrades, including deck hardware, onboard equipment, pumps and plumbing systems. From individual replacements to more involved vessel upgrades, we focus on careful integration, reliable functionality and a clean finish that complements the vessel’s existing design and construction.

93' Warren Yacht - Custom Fairlead & Cleat Installation
Custom fairleads were fabricated and carefully cut into the vessel’s bulwarks, along with the installation of additional mooring cleats. The works were completed with careful consideration of positioning, structural support and integration with the vessel’s existing finish.
Riviera 50 SMY - Outrigger Base Installation
Reelax outrigger bases were installed aboard a Riviera 50 Sports Motor Yacht. The installation required accessing behind the existing interior fit-out, with additional fixing pads incorporated into the laminate to provide a strong and secure mounting point before the outriggers were fitted and finished.
Custom Solutions, Specialist & Structural Works
Every vessel presents different requirements, and not every solution comes off the shelf. We can develop and coordinate custom solutions for vessel modifications, upgrades and specialist works, engaging trusted marine trades and fabricators where required. From initial planning and measurements through to fabrication, installation and final fit-off, we can manage the scope to deliver a practical, well-integrated result.
Mezzanine Removal & Re-Installation
Working alongside specialist marine trades during an engine replacement, we carried out the required refit works, including the careful disassembly of sections of the cockpit and mezzanine to provide access for removal and replacement of the engine. Once the mechanical works were completed, we refitted and reinstated the affected areas, returning the vessel to its original configuration.
New-Build Internal Fit-Out & Structural Preparation
As part of a new-build project, timber foundations were set out and installed to provide fixing points for the vessel’s internal fit-out. Each component was carefully positioned to suit the surrounding cabinetry and interior arrangement before being prepared for glassing into place, ready for the subsequent stages of fit-out.
