Project Management & Owner Representation
We provide independent project management and representation for boat and yacht owners, dealers, brokerages and marine businesses undertaking refits, repairs, upgrades, maintenance and new-build projects. Acting as a central point of contact, we coordinate the people and works involved while keeping our client informed throughout the project.
From defining the scope and engaging suitable trades through to scheduling, progress monitoring and quality oversight, our focus is on keeping the project organised, identifying issues early and ensuring the completed work meets or exceeds the expected standard.
Refit & Maintenance Management
We manage refits, repairs, upgrades and ongoing vessel works involving multiple trades, contractors and suppliers. From planning and scheduling through to coordinating access, sequencing works and monitoring progress, we keep each stage organised and ensure everyone involved is working toward the same scope and outcome. Where boatbuilding or shipwright works form part of the project, Harding Yacht Constructions can also undertake these works directly, while coordinating any additional specialist trades required.
New-Build Support & Quality Oversight
We provide independent owner representation and support throughout new-build projects, acting as an experienced point of contact between the owner, builder and shipyard. We monitor build progress and workmanship, review issues as they arise and help ensure the owner’s requirements are being followed throughout the build. Quality checks are carried out at key stages through to completion and handover, helping identify defects, incomplete works or areas requiring attention before the vessel is delivered.
